What is the satisfaction guarantee, and when can I claim it?

With Babysitter24, parents can find loving childcare. We believe that this should be possible for everyone quickly and easily.

Therefore, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for premium members: We will refund your money for your premium membership if you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days after you started your subscription, e.g. if

  • you could not make contact with a babysitter,
  • you could not find a babysitter who would fit your needs,
  • our platform is not for you after all, or
  • you are dissatisfied for some other reason.

To claim your guarantee

Within the first 14 days after the start of your premium subscription, contact our support team via our contact form and tell us the reason why you are dissatisfied. This information will help us further improve our site and our service.

We will then refund the amount of your Premium membership💸 — no questions asked — back to the original payment method 💳.

Important:

Please contact our customer support directly if you have any questions about refunds. This way, we can arrange your satisfaction guarantee quickly and easily. A chargeback and report from the payment provider (payment conflict) usually delays the process significantly, as the amount is blocked during the often long processing time – we can no longer arrange a refund during this time.
