With the paid premium membership, you can send messages, reply to applications and view entire profiles and documents of the caregivers. This way, you can find the right childcare quickly and easily.

By the way, the premium membership is not a recurring subscription. It is only valid for the booked period  and does not renew automatically, i.e. it then reverts to the free basic membership.
