Native English-speaking babysitter for 15-month-old boy

We are looking for a native English-speaking babysitter to look after our 15-month-old boy on weekday mornings (8:30-12:30) 3 to 5 days a week with flexible arrangements possible.

Our son is being raised bilingually, and morning daycare will be his English time. This will involve solely playing and speaking English (active daycare). Our son is very relaxed, friendly, curious, and likes to play. No cleaning, no diaper changing needed. When needed, provide snacks that we would prepare, such as fruit or milk. We will be working from home, so we are here to help if you need a breather or something.
